JCCF's Local Leadership

JCCF’s volunteer advisory board is made up of local business and community leaders who oversee all Foundation activities.

Current members include JCCF Board Chairman Doug Ritchie, Vice Chairs Fred Shipley, Arlene Kuryla, Rodd Hartley, and Tom Weyer, Secretary Greta Tyler, and members Dick Waybright, Phyllis Fox, Bray Cary, Bea Isner, Natalie Harvey, Angela Frame, Larry Hancock, Carla Parsons, and Jennie Waugh.

The JCCF Board works in conjunction with the Board of the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation through our status as an affiliate and has a Board seat on the PACF Board as a part of our partnership for the good of our region. Fred Shipley serves as the JCCF representative on the PACF Board. Tom Weyer is also a PACF Board Member. Tom is a former PACF Board Chairman and currently serves on PACF's Executive Committee and is chairman of the Investments Committee.
