RCCF Local Leadership
RCCF’s volunteer advisory board is made up of local business and community leaders who oversee all Foundation activities.
Current RCCF Board members include Board Chairman Ed Cokeley, Irene Conaway, Russell Rogerson, Woody Ireland, Norma Hilvers, Stephanie Hall, Jean Freeland, April Haught, Mary Jane Allen, Alan Haught and Jim Strader.
The RCCF Board works in conjunction with the Board of the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation through our status as an affiliate and has a Board seat on the PACF Board as a part of our partnership for the good of our region. Jim Strader is also a member of the PACF Board, representing RCCF, and serves on the PACF Grants Committee.
