This fund was established in 2001 by Dr. William and Arlene Kuryla. This fund is used to support the youth members of Jackson County (WV) Boy Scouting units (both male and female) who would not otherwise have the monetary resources to attend a variety of camping and other experiences, including, but not limited to: Council Summer Camps; Cub Scout Day Camps; Regional and National Outdoor/High Adventure Camps (including Philmont and the Florida Sea Base); Area, Regional and National Conferences for Explorer-aged youth; and National and International Jamborees.
