The Ritchie County Community Foundation (RCCF), an affiliate of the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF), recently honored retiring board member Cynthia Torbeck Haught for her three years of service on the RCCF advisory board. The PACF’s Board Chairman, Marie Caltrider, presented Torbeck Haught with a resolution thanking her for her commitment to RCCF and her service to the community, and RCCF Advisory Board Chairman Alan Haught presented her with a clock in gratitude for her dedication and support.
